Hello! My name is Glen Johnson. I am the physical education teacher at Elba elementary school and I truly enjoy my job and look foward to going to school each and every day to help students develop in mind, body, and spirit. Physical education is education through the physical.That is,the activity serves as a medium through which a total learning experience takes place. Also, I enjoy coaching different sports at the jr high and high school level. I attend Woodland Grove Baptist church and serve as a deacon. I am married to my beautiful wife Kerry and have 3 wonderful sons. Austin,Chance,and Brady. I am a graduate of Elba HS and Troy State University. My 2 oldest sons are also Elba graduates and Brady is currently in highschool.
